Turning A Wooden Chandelier

This video shows the process of creating a production woodturning piece - the body of a chandelier that I make for a local lighting company. Making work like this is a part of how I make a living as a woodturner. Large pieces like this one can be both challenging and dangerous, so attention to detail is crucial. This piece is made of kiln dried ash. Multiple pieces are glued together to create the blank that measures 9.5" by 9.5" by 30."
