The Pursuit of Craftsmanship

In this video, I talk about some of my ideas on pursuing craftsmanship, whether it's in woodturning or another medium. I share a bit of my own story with the hope that it can help illuminate some of the reality of life as an artisan and some of the potential rewards, as well as begin to answer some of the questions one might have when considering this kind of life. What does it take to begin to make a living at your craft, and how do you set your own expectations at a realistic level? How much time should it take? How do you take the first steps?
